1 minute - TO FEEL SEXY
Women who think about sex most have thne most fulfiling sex lives. But you don't have to concoct the sexual fantasies yourself - reading works just as well. To fire up the imagination, check out books by Susan Johnson & Angela Knight.

1 minute - TO SEND SAUCY TEXT

- Pomegranates : they're rich in a type of oestrogen called estrone that is said to boost libido.
- Oily fish, seafood, pumpkin and sesame seeds : they improve your sense of taste and smell and are rich in the fertility mineral, zinc. Pumpkin seeds also has tyrosine, an amino acid shown to relieve anxiety, which may make you feel less inhibited.
- Chilli peppers - the capsaicin in them causes a reaction in the body similar to sexual arousal.

5 minutes - TO TAKE A LOVE BATH
